Dr. Campasano founded Forward Performance because she believes that quality, patient-centered physical therapy can help people get the most out of life.
After playing Division-1 soccer at Northern Arizona University, she attended the University of Pittsburgh and received her doctorate in Physical Therapy (the #2 program in the U.S.). She completed a postdoctoral fellowship in orthopedics and manual therapy and carries the designation of a “Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists” (FAAOMPT), the highest subspecialty attainable in the physical therapy field, accounting for less than 3% of all physical therapists.
Dr. Campasano combines her love for sports with movement analysis, manual therapy, and neurodynamics to improve her patient’s mobility and quality of life. Her clinical approach is heavily focused on functional movement analysis and incorporating manual therapy techniques and therapeutic corrective exercise to each of her patient’s individualized treatment programs. This approach has proven successful with MLB, NFL, MLS, and PGA athletes, professional runners and dancers, weekend warriors, or those who just want to perform better doing the activities they love.
Dr. Will Burleson is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for movement, performance, and helping people achieve their fitness and functional goals. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and completed a residency in orthopedics, where he developed advanced skills in manual therapy techniques, including joint manipulations and neurodynamics.
Will has a broad clinical background that bridges the gap between physical therapy and the fitness industry. He specializes in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions across all areas of the body, with a focus on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and guiding patients back to the activities they enjoy—whether that’s athletic performance, personal fitness, or everyday movement.
A proud alumnus of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Will was an enthusiastic cheerleader and also served as the university mascot. Originally from West Tennessee, he now calls Arizona home, where he embraces an active lifestyle filled with hiking, fitness, and exploring the outdoors. He also enjoys road-tripping and discovering the natural beauty of the West Coast.
Will combines clinical precision with a motivational, patient-centered approach. Whether working with athletes, weekend warriors, or individuals simply looking to move and feel better, he is committed to delivering results-driven care tailored to each person’s unique goals.
